Viva Las Villas

Thanks to everyone who came out on Friday, April 21 for the Grand Opening Fiesta for our newest Villa models. The party kicked off at 2:30, as guests arrived at The Mix and took a shuttle bus to The Strand for the fiesta.

At the party, guests loved touring the Evia and the Mitchell, two of our newest Villa floor plans. When they entered the Evia, guests found pastries from Casa Maria in San Marcos, as well as delicious “Tito’s Ritas” and beer.

Meet the Evia

As our largest Villa, the Evia offers a wide front porch, an extra flex room that could be used as an office or project space, and an upstairs loft. The large Primary suite is located on the first floor, tucked behind the public living areas to maximize privacy. The open-concept kitchen connects the dining area and a living room with tall windows and high ceilings, creating a bright space perfect for entertaining. Upstairs, guests loved the two additional bedrooms and a full bath with tub, perfect for when the grandkids come to visit.

Meet the Mitchell

In the Mitchell, guests gathered around the kitchen island to enjoy tasty bites including tacos and quesadillas. With an open flow and oversized Primary Suite and bath all in a single story, the Mitchell is the perfect Villa home for living, working, and entertaining with ease. Two full bedrooms and baths give ample space, while the additional flex/room study makes an ideal office, reading room, or project space.

Feeling the Fiesta

In the courtyard between the two model homes, guests enjoyed music by a live 3-piece Latin band as well as small succulent plants to take home as a memory of a good time.

Our amazing prize, the relaxing getaway vacation package including a gift certificate for a weekend in Fredericksburg at Behr House Bed & Breakfast, was won by KT resident Victoria Moloi, who brought a guest to the party.
