*Home site of the week – Home sites with $30k off in the design center credit (with qualifying total DC purchase of $60,000) + added $10k on this one homesite if contracted by February 2.

*Pricing, terms, availability, financing program, incentives, Interest/APR rates, options and upgrades savings amount, closing cost assistance amount and financing incentives vary by community and are subject to change without notice and are available for a limited time only on new, full priced contracts written with use of the builder’s preferred lender and title company. Purchased by 3/31/2023. They cannot be combined with any other offers or incentives.

*Financing incentive covers the cost of the 2-1 buydown, closing cost assistance, extended rate locks or other financing incentive up to the maximum allowable incentive as assigned by the builder. This amount ranges from $5,000 to $15,000 and varies per community, plan and lot. Any additional cost of financing and closing over the maximum allowable incentive amount is the responsibility of the purchaser. 4.125% interest rate is calculated based on a 2-1 buydown conventional loan. Rates shown are estimates based on current rates and are reflective of an estimated interest rate of 4.125% and APR of 6.195% in year one, 5.125% and APR of 6.195% in year two, and 6.125% and APR of 6.195% in years 3-30, with a 20% down payment with a 740 credit score. 2-1 buydown is only available with conventional, conforming loans. Non-conventional and jumbo loans are not eligible.

*The cost of rate locks varies based upon length of lock. A deposit is required at application. 180-day rate lock requires a 2% partially refundable deposit which is applicable to closing costs in the amount of 1%. The applicant may renegotiate their interest rate one time at least 10 days prior to settlement if rates improve by at least .25%. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

*Free refinance is non-transferable and does not apply to loans obtained to purchase a new property, new loans that result in the creation of a separate lien on the current property. Fees included are the lender fees, title fees, recording fee, and do not include taxes, title, and insurance.
