The Grand Central Fitness Center is Now Open!

We know you can hardly hold your horses for the grand opening of the new Pool and Fitness Center at our community for active adults in Texas! It’s coming soon and we’re thrilled to see so many of our residents anxiously awaiting these new amenities.

We are currently on schedule to open the Kissing Tree Pool and Fitness Center later this year. It’s Texas so it’ll still be warm enough to jump in!

While we all eagerly wait for the Pool and Fitness center to be completed, we’re pleased to announce that the Grand Central Fitness Center is set up and open to help Kissing Tree residents continue to meet their health and fitness goals! Whether it’s burning off those extra holiday calories, keeping up with that New Year’s resolution, or just staying fit, active, and healthy all year round, the Grand Central Fitness Center is ready and waiting for you!

For those of you who haven’t already heard, here’s a little helpful info about the Grand Central Fitness Center and what you can expect from it while you wait:

When is it open? Hours of operation for the Grand Central Fitness Center are from 6am to 8pm daily.

What can we find there? The Grand Central Fitness Center has little something for everyone, no matter their fitness level or goals. You’ll find all new Precor® equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals and recumbent bikes, an adaptive motion trainer, a dumbbell rack set, and exercise bands. The center also has selectorized strength equipment, as well as exercise balls, weighted balls and a stretching area with mats. Whether you’re coming with a specific workout regimen in mind or just want to get some steps in during inclement weather, we’ve got you covered.

Who can use the Grand Central Fitness Center? Anyone who is a resident of our amazing Kissing Tree community for active adults aged 55+ in Texas!

When will the new Kissing Tree Pool and Fitness Center be open? We hope to see y’all lounging by the pool and working out in the new Kissing Tree Pool and Fitness Center when it opens later this year! You can look forward to an indoor and outdoor pool, locker rooms, a movement room, an indoor lap pool (this will be open to swimmers this spring!), a hot tub, and much more! We think it will be the perfect place to work out and cool off. In the meantime, come visit the Grand Central Fitness Center for all your fitness needs and keep an eye out for all the latest news and updates on the new Pool and Fitness Center as it takes shape!
