While the Foodies, Creators, Champs, and Voyagers have only been around since 2017, we’re founding a legacy that will carry on for generations to come. The competitions and shenanigans that happen now will be the “remember when” stuff that future residents talk about. And you don’t have to pick just one – you can be a part of them all!
Champs
We’re happiest when we’re active. With yoga and tai chi to pickleball and cycling, Champs are getting stronger and living longer.
Voyagers
Take us on a day trip or a trek. Voyagers live to explore, whether we’re discovering new places or learning new things.
Creators
Whether we’re makers or aficionados, Creators actively support arts, music, and culture. All things creative are up our alley.

Go two-stepping down the road at Gruene Hall, or antiquing in Boerne and Fredericksburg. See the Capitol in Austin. Find captivating history and refreshing margaritas in San Antonio. Or drive a little further south for some Gulf Coast beach time.
