The Villas and The Cottages: All the Fun in a Smaller Package

As our active adult community continues to grow, we’re excited to share two unique new home styles that are now available: The Cottages and The Villas. With both of these smaller home styles, lawn maintenance and irrigation are included in the monthly HOA fees, giving owners freedom from yard work, landscaping, and worry.

The Villas: Be In The Mix Of It All

Located in The Strand right next to our resort-style amenity complex called The Mix, The Villas are smaller, shared-wall homes, perfect for folks looking for all the fun of the Kissing Tree lifestyle at a lower price point. Many of the Villas face The Mix and the 10^th hole of the Kissing Tree Golf Course. There are four floor plans available, ranging from 1-3 bedrooms and offering between 1,030 – 1,703 square feet.

“With The Villas, you walk out your front door, and you’re at The Mix in less than 5 minutes,” says Kissing Tree New Home Consultant Kevin Bendy. “You can go to the pools or the gym, and you’re right by all the activities at Independence Hall—the live music, the biergarten, the bocce courts.” And with The Villas, the lot premiums for being right on the golf course are very affordable. “The Villas give you a heck of a lot of house for the price,” Kevin says. “Plus, you’re right in the middle of all the fun stuff that’s happening here at Kissing Tree.”

The Cottages: Enjoy Life on the 18^th Hole

Located in an area of Kissing Tree called The Fairways, the Cottages are petite stand-alone homes tucked along the rolling hills of the 18^th hole of the Kissing Tree Golf Course. There are five distinctive floor plans available, ranging from 2-3 bedrooms and 1,332 – 1,903 square feet.
