Meet Chef Kirk:
Chef Kirk was born and raised in Galveston, Texas, where he grew up in the family kitchen enjoying BBQs, southern cooking and holiday meals. He was fortunate enough to be raised around great family cooks – especially his mother and grandparents.
His early beginnings combined with his professional training prepared him to be a master of coastal fare, southern comfort food, Mexican flare and all around hearty cooking. Chef Kirk has been recognized as Chef of the Year, Chef Trainer of the Year and Team Member of the Year. He’s passionate about a scratch kitchen, and his culinary creativity allows him to be adventurous with ingredients while skillfully maintaining a well-balanced medley of flavors.
