Hill Country Update

2017 was one for the books, and we’ve only started writing our story. Amenities are open, residents are meeting their new neighbors and more than 100 homes are coming along in Fair Park and Driskill. One thing’s for sure: our distinctly Texan community is a legend in the making!

8 pickleball courts, 6 bocce ball courts, 2 horseshoe pits, 3 holes of the future 18-hole putting course, driving range, short game practice area and Lone Star Loop hiking trail are now open! Get ready to ring in the new year, because we have Texas-sized grand openings coming in 2018.

Early 2018 – The dynamic social building, Independence Hall, will open just in time to welcome all KT residents for the new year. We can’t wait to host happy hours and celebrations at the on-site biergarten! In addition, the new state-of-the-art Welcome Center will be a place to greet our visitors with a warm welcome and cold beverage.

Summer 2018 – Start practicing your swing – you’ll be able to get your daily dose of greens come summer 2018 at the Kissing Tree Golf Course. Don’t worry if golf isn’t your cup of “tee”… the indoor pool will be the perfect place to escape those hot summer days.

The Kissing Tree Golf Club and on-site restaurant, Tarbox and Brown, will officially open! Get ready to enjoy Hill Country views, cold brews and tasty Texas-style dishes.

Don’t forget to follow us on Facebook to help count down our top moments from 2017. We’ll see you in 2018!
