Construction is well underway!

While we’re still in the early stages, if you’ve been out to the Temporary Sales and Design Center already, you’ve seen that the Kissing Tree team has been working hard to bring this community to life.

Stop in to see the progress and take a tour with our sales team. The office is located at 3362 Hunter Rd in San Marcos. Give us a call to schedule your tour at 512-379-5856, we’re open Monday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m.

We have a lot going on, so we wanted to update you on our projects:

• Let’s start with the most frequently asked about part of our community—our first homes. The first 30 homes will be built in Fair Park, which will be our first village in the community. They are anticipated to have slabs poured soon!
• In the meantime, you are able to schedule a hard-hat tour of our eight Model Homes under construction. From the temporary Sales and Design Center, you can see the varying stages of construction. As for when you can see them finished? We’ll be showing them off at our model home park Grand Opening on October 29^th! We’ll be sure you’re the first know!
• What you may also notice during your visit to the Temporary Sales and Design Center is that the Kissing Tree Golf Course is taking shape. We anticipate all 18 holes will open at once in late 2017.
• Beyond our homes, we’re really excited about the social aspect of Kissing Tree. To get started, construction should begin later this year on the first few amenities of The Mix and the permanent Sales and Design Center. We’re scheduled to finish many of our amenities in 2017.
• As for one of our most visible parts of Kissing Tree that will welcome people to the community, the building up of Centerpoint Road has already begun. You might have already seen the construction of our Kissing Tree entryway, which uses the limestone excavated from our construction process to help frame the main road leading into the community. The bridge across the entry has begun and it is quite the site to see!
